	Each condominium suite has a fully equipped kitchen from fork to blender, air-conditioning, comfortable seating area, queen size bed, WIFI, cable TV, portable stereo with CD player, ceiling fans, beach chairs, and coolers.
Our quaint beachfront vacation rentals are decorated with a tasteful St. John island flare, the finishing touch of watercolors by celebrated US Virgin Island artist Elaine Estern create a fresh and relaxing atmosphere.
Floorplan Studio suites feature a private ten by fifteen foot balcony that offers an unbeatable location to soak up the sound of the waves and the sun drenched view stretching for miles, as you look south watching boats sail by.

The open layout of the oceanfront condominiums with fully equipped kitchens separated from the living and dining area by a breakfast bar creates a spacious and comfortable environment to relax while enjoying the soothing trade winds.	The villa is a perfect fit for couples traveling together or families, each bedroom has an in suite bath for privacy and convenience.
	Each two bedroom, two bath villa has fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, , CD player, WIFI, cable TV, beach chairs, cooler, and private balcony.

3-Bedroom Suites


	The three bedroom, three bath accommodation is created by an interior suite to suite door between a studio suite and a two bedroom accommodation. This sets up an open layout consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for six, living area with cable TV, WIFI, covered balconies, and three cozy air-conditioned bedrooms with private baths. The villa provides guests environments for socializing as well as personal space. The master suite even has its own private balcony!
