Horizons Cottage

Horizons Cottage has almost 180 degree down island views of the British Virgin Islands and the open ocean.
With a wrap around deck on the main floor and a second deck off the bedrooms,
you can watch the everchanging ocean while drinking your morning coffee,
before retiring for bed, and all day long if you desire.
Watch the sun and moon rising over the ocean, listen to the waves crashing,
enjoy the great breezes, and hear the tree frogs from this peaceful cottage.

Pets are permitted only by written agreement prior to renting and are subject to a surcharge and damage deposit fee.
Where "both cottages" are mentioned below, the reference is to 'Captain's Cabin' just below Horizons Cottage.

Extra persons: $300 per week, each. Maximum occupancy of both cottages is 9 people, regardless of age.

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of total rental fee is due with reservation. The balance and a security deposit are due 60 days before occupancy.
Cancellation and refunds: The deposit is refundable upon cancellation no less than 2 weeks (14 days) before rental period begins and only if the house can be and is re-rented for the same time period. A 20% cancellation/service charge is deducted to cover re-renting costs and is not negotiable. Later cancellations will result in a substantial reduction of the amount refunded unless a rental can be secured for the entire period being cancelled at no loss in rental fee.

Rental periods are based on a daily rate. Occupancy begins on your arrival day at 3:00 p.m. local time and ends at 10:00 a.m., local time on the contracted check-out date.
