This one bedroom top floor vacation rental suite is located
on the quiet side of the beautiful island of St John overlooking Coral
Bay and the Caribbean in the US Virgin Islands. The lovely secluded
Salt Pond Beach is just a few minutes drive away. This unit has a convenient
indoor/outdoor kitchenette, and an expansive deck from which to enjoy
your view. The deck includes a 448 sq. ft. covered patio/dining area
and a 352 sq. ft. sunny lounging area. There are 55 beautiful steps
to your rental suite from the parking area. There is also a gas BBQ
on the deck.
WiFi internet access.
Now with access to the Hot Tub on the main level!

There is a 5-night minimum stay requirement, or a $40 cleaning fee
added.
For Presidents Day week in '08, and Christmas/New Years '08-'09,
Calabash Views may only be rented in conjunction with the Dinosaur
House.

Deposit:
To confirm your reservation, a check in the amount of 50% of the total
rental fee is required. If we do not receive a deposit check within
14
days, your reservation will be canceled. The balance is due two weeks
prior to arrival. Payment by PayPal is available: e-mail owner.
Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled 30 days or
less before arrival will incur a 50% penalty, and between 30 and 60 days
prior to arrival will incur a 10% penalty. In either case, if we are
able to re-book your dates, we will give you a full refund (less any
PayPal fees that we may have incurred).
The
Dinosaur
House is now available
as a vacation rental together with Calabash Views, and has a new Hot Tub
on the main level by the pond.
The in-season price for the whole house, including Calabash Views, is $2,400.
Calabash Views
may still be rented separately, but the main level may only be rented
together with Calabash Views.
There will never be
two different renters at the same time in the house.
The owner, Dorie, lives quietly in the lower level apartment.
There are cats on the premises.
