Calabash Views is a 1-bd top floor suite located on the quiet side of the beautiful island of St John overlooking Coral Bay and the Caribbean. This vacation rental suite is perfect for your special honeymoon or quiet retreat, located on the quiet side of the beautiful island of St John. There are steps from your deck to the Hot Tub and Koi pond with waterfalls on the main level (you can see from your deck), and the sounds of the waterfalls add wonderfully to your relaxation pleasure. Incredible beaches are just minutes away by car. This unit is the top floor of the owner’s house but is private with private entrance and space and has a convenient indoor/outdoor kitchenette, and an expansive deck from which to enjoy your view. The deck includes a covered patio/dining area and a sunny lounging area. There are 55 beautiful steps from the parking area to the rental unit.
There is Wi-Fi internet access, a BBQ, and A/C in the bedroom.
There is also a Koi pond with waterfalls which you can see and hear from your deck above,
or while relaxing in the hot tub, for your ultimate relaxation pleasure.
This delicious surrounded-by-nature hide-away is located within a few miles of all these local delights: beautiful beaches, snorkeling and scuba, sailing, sport fishing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, Virgin Islands National Park, many wonderful restaurants and nightlife including live entertainment in season, shopping, and visits to archaeological sites of early Danish ruins.

There is a 5-night minimum stay requirement, or a $40 cleaning fee
added.
There are no additional fees or charges.
Returning guests receive a 10% discount.

Deposit:
To confirm your reservation, a check in the amount of 50% of the total
rental fee is required. If we do not receive a deposit check within

days, your reservation will be canceled. The balance is due two weeks
prior to arrival. Payment by PayPal is available: e-mail owner.
Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled 30 days or
less before arrival will incur a 50% penalty, and between 30 and 60 days
prior to arrival will incur a 10% penalty. In either case, if we are
able to re-book your dates, we will give you a full refund (less any
PayPal fees that we may have incurred).
The owner, Dorie, lives quietly in the lower level apartment.
There are cats on the premises.
