Pets are permitted only by written agreement prior to renting and are subject to a surcharge and damage deposit fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of total rental fee is due with reservation. The balance and a security deposit are due 60 days before occupancy.
Cancellation and refunds: The deposit is refundable upon cancellation no less than 2 weeks (14 days) before rental period begins and only if the house can be and is re-rented for the same time period. A 20% cancellation/service charge is deducted to cover re-renting costs and is not negotiable. Later cancellations will result in a substantial reduction of the amount refunded unless a rental can be secured for the entire period being cancelled at no loss in rental fee.

Rental periods are based on a daily rate. Occupancy begins on your arrival day at 3:00 p.m. local time and ends at 10:00 a.m., local time on the contracted check-out date.

This quaint, secluded cottage was not in the rental market until 2004.

Captain's Cabin is a perfect getaway for a romantic vacation for two.
The octagon-shaped house has a wrap-around deck with 180 degree views of Drake's Passage, Virgin Gorda and Tortola.
The floor plan of this completely tiled house is charming and practical, too.
Upstairs, you'll find the living-dining area, which includes a fully-equipped galley kitchen.
You won't lack creature comforts like cable TV, CD player, DVD player, radio and great books.
Also on this level is the walk-out deck with breath-taking views, an indoor half-bath,
the private outdoor shower with two shower heads and plenty of hot and cold water. 
Downstairs, easily reached by exterior staircase, you'll find more great views and the romantic bedroom reminiscent
of a shipboard captain's cabin. it featuring a king-size platform bed
with plenty of storage in the built-in drawers beneath the bed and a generous work area with a stunning view.
