Enjoy magnificent views from this brand new three bedroom, three bath home, located in beautiful Upper Carolina, overlooking the quaint port of Coral Bay. Blue Palm Villa is easily accessible by paved roads, just five minutes from Coral Bay, and ten minutes from the North Shore beaches. Convenient to beaches and town, this home features all the comforts, including over-stuffed furniture of wicker and rattan, clear cypress ceilings with white beams, kitchen island, rich mahogany cabinetry, sleek solid granite countertops, and imported Italian tile floors.

Italian marble showers, and a sparkling, 10 x 20 foot pool, with spacious decks for both sunning or relaxing in the shade. The bedrooms feature air conditioning, king-size beds and covered decks, which overlook beautiful Coral Bay and the Bordeaux Mountain Valley and beyond from an elevation of 800 feet. The bedrooms occupy separate structures for total privacy.

Rates

All rates are for a 7 night rental.
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Not included in the rental rates is a refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.

Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday (Preferred)

Cancellation Policy: Once your reservation is confirmed there is a 100% cancellation fee on your total rental. If Blue Palm Villa can be re booked for your rental period, a refund of your rental amount less 15% administrative fee will be refunded. From our previous travels and villa rentals, we recommend you purchase cancellation insurance.
Deposits: To confirm reservation, a deposit of 50% is required within fourteen (14) days after reservation has been made. After receiving your deposit a confirmation will be sent to you. The balance of the rental amount plus tax is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Great Room and Kitchen

The Great Room/Kitchen area is accessed through the curved walkway leading to the pool deck. From the pool deck you will enter the large 10' x 20' covered deck, which leads to the Main House. As you enter the Great Room your view is looking out over Coral Bay and beyond. The spacious Great Room, which measures 16' x 32', is furnished with beautiful tropical style rattan furniture, where you can sit and watch television or enjoy the views through the large windows. The kitchen is designed with mahogany cabinets and solid granite counter tops. The center island will allow for four people to dine comfortably or a more formal dining experience can be obtained be dining on the spacious covered deck overlooking the pool and views of the Bordeaux Mountain Range and Valley.

While watching television, reading a book or just relaxing in the sitting area on the comfortable ratttan furniture, you can enjoy the views of Coral Bay and the Bordeaux Mountains. This air conditioned bedroom has a king bed, beautiful clear cypress ceilings, and ceiling fan. You can also relax and enjoy the views from the covered deck.

 

The Master Bedroom

From the king bed in the air conditioned master bedroom, you will have views of Coral Bay and the Bordeaux Valley. The spacious 15' x 6' covered deck will offer the ultimate in privacy and relaxation, whether it be for reading or that first cup of coffee in the morning.

The Upper Bedroom

As you approach the villa, you arrive at the Upper Bedroom first. This separate air conditioned structure, is a great retreat for couples or friends wanting privacy or relaxation. It offers a complete kitchen with mahogany cabinets and solid granite counter tops. You can enjoy your dinning experience in the kitchen area or you can dine on the huge 8' x 16' covered deck and enjoy the views of Coral Bay. This bedroom is furnished with a king bed and beautiful rattan/wicker bedroom furniture.
